Pedal for Pounds at Jewson

On Tuesday 16th November, the Easigrass team joined the Jewson colleagues across the county in support of their charity event ‘Pedal for Pounds’. A superb chance for traders, suppliers, and the team at Jewson’s to come together to raise money for ‘Band of Builders’ and Barnardo’s.

The race was on with over three hundred of the Jewson branches taking part in a battle to see who can travel the furthest on a fixed wheel spin bike whilst raising valuable funds for wonderful charities –

Band of Builders – Band of Builders is a registered Charity that aim to help members of the construction industry when times get tough, whether that’s through hands-on projects, advice, and support, or just the sense of community.

Barnardo’s – Barnardo’s is the UK biggest children’s charity. Barnardo’s help hundreds of thousands of children, young people, parents, and carers via our 800+ services across the UK.
